Wholesale Portal

Legal

Terms of Use

Effective August 30, 2026

1. What this portal is

This is a private, business-to-business wholesale ordering portal operated by Have Blue (“we,” “us”). Access is limited to licensed healthcare practices and other qualified businesses that we have approved. By requesting access or placing an order you agree to these terms on behalf of your practice or business, and you confirm you are authorized to do so.

2. Accounts and access

Accounts are approved individually and may be declined, suspended, or revoked at our discretion. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; activity under your account is your responsibility. Catalog contents, pricing, and availability are confidential business information — do not share them outside your organization.

3. Orders, pricing, and payment

All orders are wholesale, for business use only, and subject to minimum order quantities shown in the catalog. An order submitted through the portal is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we confirm it. Prices are those shown to your account tier at the time of order and may change without notice. Invoices are payable per the terms stated on the invoice. We may cancel or adjust any order prior to shipment, including for pricing or listing errors.

4. Products

Products are supplied for professional use by qualified purchasers. You are responsible for ensuring that your purchase, handling, storage, and use of any product complies with the laws, regulations, and professional standards that apply to you and your practice. Product information in the catalog is provided for ordering reference and is not medical advice.

5. Shipping and returns

Risk of loss passes on delivery to the carrier. Inspect shipments on arrival and report damage, shortages, or discrepancies within 5 business days of receipt. Because of the nature of the products, returns are accepted only for our error or for products damaged in transit, and require prior authorization.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The portal and products are provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law, and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability arising out of any order or use of the portal is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. General

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here; continued use of the portal after a change constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: admin@haveblue.us.
