Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective August 30, 2026
1. Scope
This policy describes how Have Blue (“we,” “us”) handles information on this private wholesale ordering portal. The portal is for approved businesses; we collect business contact information, not consumer profiles.
2. What we collect
When you request access we collect the details you submit: your name, work email, practice or business name, phone, shipping address, and — optionally — an NPI number, which we may check against the public NPPES registry. When you use the portal we keep your account details, order history, and invoices. Sign-in sessions use cookies, and your in-progress cart is stored in your own browser.
3. How we use it
We use this information to review access requests, operate your account, process and fulfill orders, send invoices, and send transactional email about your account and orders. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we do not send marketing email.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run the portal on our behalf: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, transactional email delivery, shipping carriers for fulfillment, and — when an invoice is issued — our payment and accounting providers (such as PayPal or QuickBooks), which process your billing details under their own privacy policies. We disclose information if required by law.
5. Retention and security
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Access to the portal’s data is restricted to authorized administrators, and connections to the portal are encrypted in transit.
6. Your choices
You can view your order history in your account, and you can ask us to correct your business contact details, export your data, or close your account and delete the personal information we hold about you (subject to records we must keep by law). Contact admin@haveblue.us for any of these requests, or with questions about this policy. We may update this policy by posting a revised version here.
